My full name is Michael but seeing as most people had a problem with spelling it I now normally go by Mike.

I was born in June 1983 in Liverpool.

I moved to Scarisbrick when I was three or four years old and have lived here ever since with my parents and brother David, although me and him are are now in our own house a mile down the road from Mum and Dad. For the people who don't know where Scarisbrick is (which is literally everyone who doesn't live here) it is about 18 miles north-east of Liverpool, England. To my knowledge Scarisbrick only has one public phone box and it is a listed building, so obviously Scarisbrick is a must visit destination for people from all over the globe seeking intrigue and adventure.

I attended Scarisbrick Hall School from the age of four, staying there till I gained 10 GCSE's (7 A's and 3 B's) when it was then called Kingswood College. I then moved to KGV College in Southport and got 4 A-Levels which weren't too hot. I graduated from Liverpool John Moores University in July 2004 with a 2.1 Law degree but still can't really put my finger on why I did it yet (or why I always want to spell finger "fingure" when I type it). I currently work for a well known food manufacturer.

My interests include football and archery. I'm proud of my continued permanent status as designated driver whenever we go out. My relationship with the opposite sex is usually no more than I look at them so I am currently still single. If you feel the urge to send me presents, I normally get tops that are size Large and jeans etc that are a 32" waist and long. I support Liverpool FC and am a big fan of most types of music. I have a weakness for Oakley sunglasses and really want a PRS guitar. My favourite cars are both Aston Martins - the DB9 and the DB4 Zagatto GT. The nearest I come to an addiction is tall, extra hot, double mochas with whipped cream from Starbucks and, like Alan Partridge, Toblerones. My prized possessions are my glasses, my CD players, my guitar, my blue trainers and my signed Alex and Delta memorabilia.

I'm 6'4, have blue eyes and naturally dark hair although a pretty girl once convinced me to get blonde bits in it and in a moment of weakness I agreed. Not sure how to get rid of them now.

I still have all my tonsils as well as my appendix. I had 30 teeth at the last count (although 2 have fillings in and one has been chipped since I was younger and accidentally tried to eat a paving flag on the school playground) and my glasses prescription is -0.5 in each eye.
